Goldberg Brothers warrants the functionality of house number signs, apartment number signs, apartment directional signs, and their constituent components of base plates, digits, and mounting screws with a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty for defective components under normal installation and use. Warranty is subject to repair or replacement of defective components at manufacturer’s discretion and does not include labor costs.
This warranty does not apply to the cosmetic condition of any products or components, including light scratches or blemishes that may occur during manufacturing, and any wear-and-tear or other damage that may occur during installation and normal use, including damage to the structure or surrounding property.
This warranty does not cover damage or loss caused by elements outside the control of Goldberg Brothers, Inc., such as natural disasters, weather, fire, water leakage, theft, abuse, improper installation, or anything else deemed out of the control of Goldberg Brothers, Inc.
